STEP BY STEP DIRECTIONS
We look forward to seeing you!
NB: Avoid turning off earlier/near the Treasure Cove / Mollystone Padstal which is a few meters after the railway line. That way is a very bad road and only 1.3km shorter.
NOTE: We are signposted, look out for our signboards!
1. Follow your GPS directions from your departure destination to the town of Brits.
2. Drive through Brits town, in the direction of Thabazimbi on the R511 Thabazimbi road for approximately 18km where you will cross a stop at a railway line.
3. ±2.3km after the railway line on the right is some old buildings with signposts straight after the buildings (as per the picture on the right) – TURN RIGHT HERE (signposted) onto a gravel road
4. Continue till you get to a T-junction at the canal (signposted) – turn RIGHT here.
5. Drive +-200m and turn LEFT at the first little bridge that crosses the canal (on your right you will notice a huge white house).
6. Once turned left, follow the road till you see Rotsinbos on your left hand side – marked C24 (signposted). PLEASE ENSURE THE GATE IS PROPERLY CLOSED BEHIND YOU BEFORE DRIVING OFF.
7. Enter through the gate, continue on this road along the fence to the next gate (+-2.5km) where you will find the reception and kiosk (Rotsinbos Mall) building.

While every precaution will be taken, Rotsinbos and/or its staff will not be held responsible for any illness, accident, incident, death, damages or loss incurred during any visit or stay.

CLIMATE
The summers are long and hot and the winters are short, cool, dry, and clear. The hot season lasts for about 8 months or more, between September and April. Winter is short in the Brits region from May to July.
WHAT TO BRING ALONG
Sun protection, comfortable walking shoes, umbrella for rainy days, sun umbrella for hot days, swimming towels, chargers and adapters, bicycles for the entire family,
MEDICAL
Consult your doctor to ensure that you are in good health. No vaccinations are required for visiting Rotsinbos.
Rotsinbos is situated in a Malaria Free area
ELECTRICITY & WATER
Eskom is our service provider. We do have a Generator for back up electricity. We do make use of clean borehole water. Use Water and Electricity sparingly at all times.
ROAD CONDITIONS
Excellent gravel roads, no 4×4 is needed to access the farm
